We offer classes for individuals of every fitness level! Our Semi-Private class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need to reach their goals. Cardio Lab sessions are capped at 15 people for a fun fast paced workout where our members help to push each other to new levels of fitness.

Get your heart racing in our one-of-a-kind Cardio Lab. Feel the pounds melt away in this hour long workout H.I.I.T. workout. In our Cardio Lab you will use Cardio Equipment, Boxing, Kickboxing, Free weights, and TRX suspension training for maximum results.Get ready to have the most fun you have ever had while getting the results you have always wanted.


Semi Private Strength Training

Monday through Saturday - Schedule Varies by Day

Move better, look better, and feel better by increasing your strength and power. These semi-private classes focus on increasing strength, mobility, and overall fitness by focusing on specific movements designed to increase lean muscle mass and shed body fat.


Kettle Bell Conditioning

Mondays - 6:30 PM

Our newest class, this unique offering focuses on conditioning through a custom designed kettle bell program. Taught by our Strong First Kettle bell certified instructor.
