At Inner Athlete we specialize in group classes for people looking to move better, feel better, and look better. These hour long classes are sure to rock your world and leave you feeling accomplished and ready to tackle anything life throws at you!

Our one of kind Strength and Cardio Lab classes are uniquely designed for individuals of every fitness level! Our Semi-Private class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual instruction, motivation, and attention they need to reach their goals. Cardio Lab sessions are capped at 15 people for a fun fast paced workout where our members help to push each other to new levels of fitness. These classes are designed to compliment each other and together form the most efficient and effective workout regimen in the industry!

 
 

Cardio Lab

Monday through Saturday - 5:15am, 8:45am, 5:30pm, and 7:30pm Monday-Friday. 8:30am Saturday

Get your heart racing in our one-of-a-kind Cardio Lab. Feel the pounds melt away in this hour long H.I.I.T. workout. In our Cardio Lab you will use cardio equipment, boxing, kickboxing, free weights, and TRX suspension training for maximum results. Get ready to have the most fun you have ever had while getting the results you have always wanted.

 

Semi Private Strength Training

Monday through Saturday - 5:00am, 6:05am, 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:35pm, 6:40pm Monday-Friday. 6:00am & 7:05am Saturday

Move better, look better, and feel better by increasing your strength and power. These semi-private classes focus on increasing strength, mobility, and your overall fitness level by focusing on specific movements designed to increase lean muscle mass and shed body fat.

 

Kettle Bell Conditioning

Mondays - 6:30pm & 7:30pm

Our newest class! This class focuses on conditioning through a custom designed kettle bell program. Taught by our Strong First Kettle bell certified instructor.
